A traditional butter keeper butter bell reimagined as an ornate ceramic piece, combining everyday utility with intricate sculpted and illustrated detail. The sculptural cone-shaped lid is finished with a small rounded handle and rests neatly over a generous base, designed to hold a whole block of butter and keep it soft and fresh at room temperature.

Part of the Coastal Nightwalk collection, this butter bell features a richly illustrated crocodile amongst the detailed surface artwork, bringing the distinctive character of the collection to an everyday table piece. Designed by an illustrator and brought to life in ceramic, it is as much a decorative object for the table as it is a practical kitchen piece.

Made by hand, each butter bell has its own subtle variations in shape, carving, glaze and finish, making every one a little different.
