•     Areas we ship to: International & South Africa

•     Courier/method used: The Courier Guy (Local; South Africa); Tunl (DHL & FedEx; International)

•     Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days of purchase.

•     Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for outlying areas.

•     Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout 

•     Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after purchase

•     Damaged in transit: As ceramics are fragile, please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us at hello@hazelsdaughter.co.za within 7 days with photos, and we will Investigate & Issue a refund or replacement.

•     Collection option: Pickup arrangements may be arranged through hello@hazelsdaughter.co.za
